A weighted list, so we could see each faction's weight towards item, and each items weight towards faction's. So it would be useful to get a full list for every unit so we could see what items are used the most per faction.

And there's even some items that are obviously faction specific (like elite armors) that aren't actually used by any of the faction units, perhaps by a Lord in that faction. And some factions don't have many unique items, but there are still some items they use more than other.

Some items are used across all the factions, (and some items aren't actually available, like the swadian crossbow has "arena_armor_red" in their list of possible armors). For more mundane reasons (I want to give my companions appropriate armor from their native faction).īut not all factions have faction spesific items. The Mount & Blade - Unoffical Troop Editor is developed to allow editing of the troops.txt, parties.txt and partytemplates.txt files and should be compatible with M&B versions 0.9 - 1.x as well as M&B Warband.The Unoffical Troop Editor is used for better balance individual troops and factions for the user's own personal use or possibly to. They might use some armor that normal units don't. It also tells you the equipment of every noble. On the wiki it tells you the equipment for each unit in the game (you need to expand it on each unit page).
